Simple but awesome recipe for Delicious Cookies filled with peanut butter ^_^

Hallo ppl ^_^

I'm here once again to talk about the best thing in the world!! (after...things you do with your couple hehehe) ofc ^_^ I'm talking about cookies. Some days ago my best friend gave me a recipe, a very simple recipe for cookies filled with peanut butter...Actually I dont enjoy peanut butter so much >.< but still we prepared them :P.

Cookies help ppl get closer to each other ^_^ Like My friend and me, and my BF and me but oops, We arent talking about me sry!!

Well continuing with the cookies..we made some delicious cookies and since that day...I like peanut butter a lil more :P

Here's the recipe for you my friends ^_^ Enjoy! :D

Ingredients:

• 1 and half cups of flour
• 1 and half cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• Half teaspoon baking soda
• Half cup of white sugar
• Half cup of brown sugar
• Half cup butter, softened
• Quarter cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg

Filling:

• Three quarters cup powdered sugar
• Three quarters cup peanut butter

Preheat oven to 375*  Combine flour, cocoa and soda.  Beat sugars, butter and peanut butter.  Beat in the egg and vanilla.  Stir in the flour mixture and blend well.  Set aside.  Make the filling by blending the powdered sugar and peanut butter.

Roll the filling into 1" balls (about 30 balls).  Shape a tablespoon of balls around each peanut butter ball.  Place onto ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart and flatten each one with a glass (dip in sugar for something extra!)  Bake for 7-9 minutes.  Cool.

Today I want to know what's your favorite type of cookie over ALL existing =P , personally, I felt in love long time ago with Sugar Cookies (mmmm ^_^)..What's better than that soft texture when you bite it..and that sweet flavor when it goes to your mouth...but watch out! cuz if you eat it so quicly you might cough like crazy hehehe :P

How to conquer my heart...with cookies

Hello Cookie lovers ^_^ How are you doing?

Today I'll teach you how did that special guy conquered my heart....and if you're thinking about cookies..YES! you're right hahaha :D

I think cookies are more than a simple meal to combat ur hunger. A cookie can have a lot of meanings; a rotten cookie is an expression of hate, a salty cookie shows fake apprecitation to someone, and sometimes a simple cheap cookie can mean everything for you x3

One cold night a shy guy came close to me, with an oreo packet on his hand. He asked me out but I didnt accept cuz I though he was kinda dumb :P...He looked so sad...but then he took an oreo and said: "Lets make a bet, hold one side of this cookie and if u get the cream, I'll leave you alone for ever...but if I get the cream I'm afraid you have to go out with me"

I though it was cute, so I accepted it ^_^

And the rest is history hehehe :P not relevant for our interests. I just have to say that I'm happy for losing that bet =).

Hi everyone. As you can see the reason why I made this blog is to show my great love for the best meal ever invented. Of course I'm talking about cookies. They can be sweet, salty, filled with cream, simple, covered with fruits...Woah!! all this talking made me hungry hehehe.

Cookies are like people, there are of all kinds, beside...some people are eatable too ^_^. For now I'll leave this simple recipe to make some delicious chocolate chips cookies. Enjoy!
